Yes. They have been failing for a while now.
jBPM is undergoing a build restructuring (HEAD) and until Tom lets us
know when that would be ready and what the new structure looks like
these builds would be failing. I could disable them for the time being
until they are fixed.

4.0 branch for more than a few weeks.
Along with that is the JIRA task associated with each failure.
These issues would be included in the 4.0.4.CR2 release.
