hmmm it was 'table' not found so it could not load the processdefinition. jBPM does not create the tables runtime (it does work though if you configure hibernate to do so on most databases). So with an in-memory db, the tables are not there, hence. Where did you read about the datasource

I don't do tasks, so I can't help much with specifics. But the engine is supposed to set up the ExecutionContext so that everything is correct for the given ActionHandler context - so this is expected. As for HOW - I don't know - I'd have to research it. You're probably just missing something.

The hosts files look ok to me. What response do you get if you ping qa.server.com and test.server.com remotely? Try adding -Djava.rmi.server.hostname=qa.server.com to the run script and see if that helps. By the way, the -b and -Djboss.bind.address options do the same thing - they both set
