I am developing a web service client to consume a web service that returns an
Object not a String. When I make the webservice return a String it works
perfectly, when I switch to a Object then it throws this exception:

I found the problem and resolved it. Actually I was looking for 'JNDI' name in

I missed https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5030, It is now fixed in
trunk. To fix it locally you need add those files into
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5030!/dtd folder and restart eclipse
with -clean option.

The correct remoting version for JBM 1.4.2.sp1 is 2.2.2.SP11. You can try that
version and see if problem still exists.
Also the latest release for AS 4.x is 1.4.5.GA with remoting 2.2.3.sp1. You can
