Hi,
Can someone please explain to me in more detail the new HTTP to JMX Invoker
for RMI/HTTP for the JNDI service as well as
EJBs.
Thanks

Hello,
What services (files) can I safely remove from the
Deploy directory in order to speed up the booting of JBoss 3.0.0? I am
only using EJB stuff..no clustering, etc...so I want to remove everything that
isn't necessary.
Obviously, I need my .ear and my
db-service.xml...and I'm assuming
Marius,
I get the same error when running IBM 1.3.
It must be a problem with Jetty because it deploys and works fine under the
JBoss3.0-Tomcat bundle.

Hello,
Just wondering what the recommended JVM for JBoss
3.0 is?
Does one clearly perform better than the
other? And what about stability?
Thanks,
Steve
the jbossha isn't needed since
we've now undeployed clustering.
It really depends on what your client and
server do. It's probably
not the same miminal set for every
app.

Hello,
Does anyone know what the minimum set of client
jars I need to make available to my applets in order for them to be able to
communicate with a session EJB?
Thanks,

Hello,
I am using JNT to run JBoss as an NT service and
starting the service works fine. But when I try to stop it, using the
Services panel in NT, it hangs.
The JNT documentation shows a way for you to
specify a shutdown method, which must not take any parameters...I believe

Scott,
Becareful where you put log4j.jar...I accidently put it in my
JAVA_HOME/lib/ext and was getting the same Exception as you. I took it out,
and no more problems.

Found it :)
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/jboss/manual/src/examples/resources/jca/mysql-service.xml
You need version 1.1 for the binary 3.0a. v1.2 is for the latest cvs build.

I was a little confused by this as well.
I don't think 2.4.4 has CMP2.0. Does the general Server documentation
include CMP2.0 information??? I have the CMP2.0 docs and they provide code
snippets, but is there an accompanying example with full source code?

Are there any good CMP2.0 entity examples for JBoss? With JBoss specific
config files.
Thanks,
Steve

I have looked at the CMP2.0 documentation and it gives pieces to the puzzle,
but fails to bring it all together. I just need to know the "steps" to add
another datasource AND make it work with my EJB.
Thanks
