I tried it for a while today. Swing looks quite buggy, and I ran
into a bug in the version of Xalan (2.0.1) that's built into the JDK.
I have a feeling that with all the new features in 1.4, this will be
in beta for a long time. ;-)

I'm trying to, but there is currently a pretty serious bug in JBoss
that is really holding me back:

I asked the same question of the list a while back and the only
response I got was basically "it's a bug in Oracle". Not real
helpful. Although Oracle has their own set of problems, it's awfully
commonly-used. It sure would be nice if JBoss would a

Take another look at the JMS documentation. You can't create topics
dynamically. It would be nice if you could. The closest that I've
been able to get is to use message selectors to dynamically filter
through the messages. Not a very object-orient
l
any findByPrimaryKey method.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, because queues and topics are so non-dynamic, it seems to me
that using a messageSelector is really the only way to get much
practical use out of JMS. It's very non-OO, but it's working for me.

here are a couple EJB 2.0 features in the current JBoss
implementation, and I wondered if there was a list of other 2.0
features that people are working on and/or what priority they're
being given. Thanks.
