In the archive jbossj2ee-src.zip (the Duke's Bank Application) is the file
build.properties .
What path should I give in this file at:

answer) , which JBoss version is the most reliable and suitable for
production?

As specified somewhere in the docs, RollingLogged has better performance
than file PM but is less transactionally reliable due to its dependency on
FileOutputStream.flush().
So there remains File PM and JDBC2 PM to give a try...
