I'm new to net::jabber and perl so hopefully I'm not doing
something stupid.
I'm trying to extend the perl chatbot so it can tell a user
everyone who's currently logged in to my server.
If I use the following code $result does not get anything
returned to it ($Client is the client creat
I am trying to connect to the cvs server with the command :
"cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvs login"
with the password of "anoncvs" is getting the following error
"cvs [login aborted]: connect to jabber.org:2401 failed: Connection
refused"
please advise.

Try
./configure --with-jabberd=/usr/local/jabber/jabber-1.4.2/jabberd --included
ir=/usr/local/jabber/jabber-1.4.2/jabberd/pth-1.4.0
that works for me.

Hi, all. Sorry, I don't often pay attention to the list on a daily
basis, so this thread slipped me by until James CC'ed it to me. I'd also
like to apologize for not replying to any previous emails about the
issue. I get way too many emails a day, and am experimenting with ways
