feature set, especially "Converting a One to One Chat Into a Conference"

I just started looking at XMPP protocol as well.
For a moment I can see only one problem: it is reading XML from socket and
parse it on the fly.

SAX works fine, it throw the same exception as DOM, but gives all parsed
elements.
