I'm trying to automatically add a certain JID (e.g. '[EMAIL PROTECTED]') to all
new user registrations so when they do first-time login they'll immediately
see support's JID on their roster list.
I've tried directly to insert new entries into the database's roster list;

What am I missing here? the guide says just right click and the option is
there.
tried to edit the systempreferences.xml but the value is already 'true' so
changed nothing.
