Hi,
I just tried to install Jetspeed 2 with no success. After I downloaded
and untared the Jetspeed package, I typed in maven war. Afterwards a
new directory target with an empty war file Global Project.war has
been generated.
I'me using jdk 1.5.0 and tomcat 5.5.7 on a Suse Linux 9.2.

A couple of things: J2 is not Tomcat 5.5 ready yet, (5.0 is OK), look for
the Getting Started section on the J2 website,

Thanks David, it actually looks like some of the files have been moved
around on Ibiblio - for example:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/pluto/jars/pluto-1.0.1-rc1.jar
The server is responding to me - but the file does not exist at this
location. I checked for this file on the bluesunrise.com
