Robert Lancashire points out that Java security has changed with Java 7.21
(build 1.7.0_21-b11).
The default security is set to HIGH, such that Jmol will not run on local
pages.
Setting security to the lowest available setting (of three possible) --
MEDIUM -- allows Jmol to run but still not acce
right -- don't use Chrome for local file access. See the wiki.
