I'm seeing RCSB search as broken in JSmol. I'm thinking that it's actually
a problem at RCSB. The 0 matches return that I get for cases that should
have matches are also failing at the RCSB REST test site.
I was able to solve the FF 30 problem by using the HTML5 approach shown
on: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/test2.htm?_USE=HTML5. The
applet loads very slowly (first time) when I use my server for the
applet. I assume it could be optimised, but not with my current, limited
web skills. In the

You could try JSmol-Lite. See exmples lite.htm through lite5.htm in the
jsmol subdirectory of the distribution.
