Not sure if this is a bug or…. the NCI links do not load this evening using jsmol.htm. After a long delay, I get an "unrecognized file format” error. Mac OS X 10.11.1; Safari and Firefox. In Chrome, the applet does not load but throws javascript errors. Maybe NCI is down? Will check again

Tested with Jmol 14.4.0_2015.11.18 APPLICATION, Java 1.8.0_65 and 66. (Also Windows 7.) This problem occurs *ONLY IN OS X* (tested with Yosemite, 10.10.5), NOT in Windows. Therefore it *may well be a bug in Java*. Drag one model into the black Jmol window and drop it, or load one model from o

One clarification about the mmCIF file I posted: I cut out non-interesting parts of it in order to make my explanation clearer. Sure the one you posted is the full thing (it must be clear that there's only one version of mmCIF files for the whole PDB, no differences at all between RCSB or PDBe or P
