Are there special reasons to protect these methods? Is it possible to make them
public again? If they can not be public, are there anyway to use the console
window from outside the Jmol application?
Thanks,
Li Yang
yFileLoaded used to work for both cases before
>11.4.X.
Is these a known issue? If this is intended behavior, is there any way to be
notified when loading a file script failed?
Thanks in advance,
Li Yang

Hi Bob,
The Java version in MATLAB (application) is JRE 1.6. Since Jmol code
did not change it must be some changes in MATLAB side. I need to look at
into it more. But I will try your suggestion first.
As always thank you very much for your timely answers.

this intended behavior?

Hi Bob,
I am embedding Jmol 11.4.RC in my applications. Whenever I right-click
to bring up the context menu, I got this line print to my log window.
It looks like a debug statement.
viewer.getBooleanProperty(perspectivedepth) - unrecognized
Thanks,

live with it?

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the information and the great work. There are so many great
new features in new Jmol. I want to settle down on the stable official
release version and work with it.
Thanks,

Hi Bob,
The current Jmol official release version is 11.2.14. But the
prerelease is already 11.3.44. Do you plan to have new official release
soon? If so, when will that be?
Thanks,
Li Yang

Now Search log events and configuration files using AJAX and a browser
