I'm not sure when it started. I uploaded your 3/21/2014 version to ISU and
found the nmr problem when I was checking the various features.
When I checked chemagic (not yet updated with 3/21/2014) the nmrdb
ps the test for EPFL is http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/testEPFL.htm
That's not returning a spectrum. I've notified EPFL.
