Interesting... I mostly read technical resumes and to tell you the truth, I
could care less about length and/or type size as long as the information is
relevant. I do agree that the first page has to have specific relevance to
the job you are applying for. Tell me in a quick table if necessary how

Quite frankly, I think these issues have to do with the quantity of
resumes you
ack to our employees and help them
realize their personal goals.

2). when you did it
3). what level of proficiency you performed this skill

I want a cover letter that tells me that the person has read the ad,
and is responding TO ME, about MY AD. It's a letter, not a stock
piece of paper. For example:
Dear Mr. Lester,

Nice cover letter.
