[josm-dev] Terracer Plugin

2013-12-19 Thread tony wroblewski
Hi In the newly released 6502, the terracer plugin will no longer work. Upon startup, it says that the plugin can not be loaded and then disables it. Anybody have any ideas what could be wrong with it? Thanks Tony ___ josm-dev mailing list josm-dev@ope

Hi, Anybody have any ideas what could be wrong with it? I cannot reproduce the problem when installing the terracer plugin. Are you using an old terracer version? Please try again with the current version. If the problem persists, please open a ticket in Trac and attach the command line out

I have recompiled the plugin against JDK6, you can update it and it will work again. Please, next time, post the error message and give us your system info, that's absolutely necessary to fix bugs. I only understood because someone else told me the plugin was not working anymore with Java 6. By t

Thanks Simon Yes I worked this out after I read the log message and downloaded the JDK7. However, Java 1.7 runs bad on Mac OS X, and JOSM runs noticably slower, which is why I downgraded back to the older version in order to use the plugin. Thanks for looking into this. Regards Tony On 20 Dec

Hello list, There is an (ongoing) building import in The Netherlands and as a result of that I've applied addresses to a couple of hundred buildings. From this experience I have some wishes for the terracer plugin which would greatly improve the usability when applied. I hope you don't mind me

Ok, first small change committed "put focus on first field". Surprisingly, it all worked well and JOSM indicated a new version was avaialble :D Keybinding is a bit more difficult: the JDialog has to be replaced by ExtendedDialog, not very easy for a Java novice but some things seemed to be wor
