I think Matthias is correct. We should rejigger the tools to work with different types of units instead of duplicating tools. I've looked at adding properties that get saved with the project file before (task names I think) and found it wasn't as easy as I wanted. It would be nice if we had a way

Peppe, I'm not positive, but I believe some of OJ's menu items are just put together in the order the plug-ins are installed. So if Plug-In A is discovered and installed by OJ first, then its menu will appear before Plug-In B. I hope that makes sense. Here are a couple of links that might be help
