Hi all,
a couple of observations about the language file
1) NoteTool can't be translate
2) This is a strange bug.
BeanTools, once translated into Italian (Strumenti Benashell), it desapears
from the OpenJUMP menu (aftre launched). If I leave the english name, it
appears again.

It is possible that the NoteTool plug-in was never set-up for
internationalization.
I'm really surprised to hear about that second bug. I have no idea why
the menu item would dissappear when translated to Italian. Are you
sure there isn't a mistake in the Italian I18N file? I tempted to

where did you find the NoteTool in the menu?
As far as I know it is only accessible from the Python tools. Larry said
once it the one he did had some problems - so thats why I did not
included the ISA note tool
