Fahad, If your Ethernet switch do not support any keep-a-live mechanism (e.g. eth OAM 802.3ah) there is no way to detect that VLAN is down, when whole port is up. So, I do not see possiblility to detect problem with CE -PE logical link. There is just nmo such information available. And, BTW, t
