I'm wondering what the equivalent of this is for ospf3:

I'm looking to force ospf3 running on a GigE interface to function as
if it were a point-to-point interface.

resolution request for multicast traffic are allowed to get not
answered from the RE ( due to policy for example) and therefor
we have disabled incoming interface throttling of multicast

What Juniper calls "MAC learning" is maybe somewhat confusing - but
