In all seriousness part of my advice does include having a good breakfast - in addition to getting a good night's sleep and arriving early to the testing center. When I was proctoring these exams from 2001-2005 I can't tell you how many people failed due to feeling rushed (arrived at 8:55)

I feel a need to jump in here and note that this person noted below was most certainly not me (grin). But yes, you're right, they can't test for stupid. Any of these tests are meant to test technology knowledge. That's done through artificially strange scenarios. The rest is experience.

Make sure that you add the static arp entries into the configuration and not from any shell commands; otherwise if the router reboots your entries will need to be re-added. I know you can configure 10k mac filters on the IQ2, not sure about scaling higher than that. You could test this or a

Experts, I have got router connected to the Internet. I can ping to the Internet with the default source IP of the /30 SONET IP. When I ping to the same IP with "source ", the ping simply hangs there without giving any output. Could any one shed any light on this? thanks and regards, william __
