The J-series can create L2VPNs or Layer 2 circuit over the PDH circuit. You need to run IP over the circuit. The J-series does not do circuit emulation; but it will carry Ethernet through MPLS. Keep in mind you will want to ensure that you shape on the e1 circuit and possibly rate-limit o
