[j-nsp] inline / ipfix broken on MX ??

Hi, our flow software vendor says that the Juniper MX has bugs with ipfix based inline flows not honoring the flow-active and flow-inactive timeout values. that the MX can export flows that are up to 5 minutes or longer after the fact. I'm presently running 12.3R4.6 Thoughts ??
