hello David, Thank you for your quick reply. I have read the requirement. But i use a RE-2.0 333 768 routing engine in this system, 'without' a flash card. There is no card onboard or in the back. Is there no option to resize partitions or something? Thank you for your great help. best regards,

There is a card, but it is located underneath the daughter board that hold the hard drive. I do not believe there is an officially supported method for upgrading the CF on RE2. However in our lab we have had success replacing them with standard Sandisk 1gb CF cards. That involves removing a

Hello, yes, you can upgrade the flash without problems on the RE2 but as said previously its a bit work. You should use sandisk CF(v1) cards. The RE will boot from the CF as primary media since its faster than the hdd. However you can run the RE without flash but its not recommended since you
