Nothing will show up for MLPPP until you configure something. Configure
units on lsq-4/2/0 and they should work.

What if we also have IPSec license with the same MS PIC. Will both MLPPP and
IPSec will work with the same layer 2 service package configured?

If you want to use MLPPP,CRTP etc MS PIC should be running the Layer 2
link service package.
To determine which package a MS PIC supports, issue the show chassis pic
fpc-slot slot-number pic-slot slot-number command. The Package field
displays the value Layer-2 or Layer-3.
