There is a bug report in the netbsd bug tracker about the use of
sigcontext in the pthreads code of kaffe.

The bug report and the proposed patches are for kaffe-1.1.5, but they
are propably relevant for 1.1.6 too

I'm trying kaffe 1.1.6-pre2 on darwin8 (mac osx tiger).
Kaffe builds fine, with kaffe-gc and engine=intrp, but make check
gives very bad results:
I could only get
HelloWorldApp.class.save,
TestFloatDouble.java,
CatchLimits.class.save,
SerializationCompatibility.java
and CharCvt.java
