Yes, the webmail client (SOGo) shows unread statuses correctly.
I already tried akonadictl fsck/vacuum but it didn't help, although the wrong
unread count changes.

In latest commits the Animations were split in order for the user to have the
freedom to choose what prefers or not. That has a side effect that when any
Bounce animation is enabled the Panel becomes Dock type.

Yeah David, that's right. The issue here is that other browsers such as Firefox
or Chrome somehow manage not to be affected by this and can still enforce a
global in-browser Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn shortcut.
