OK, I still see the behavior after uninstalling p7zip and info-zip [they are
now grayed in the plugin menu], which leaves libzip as our culprit, unless
libarchive or RAR somehow get used as a priority for .zip

I also have the same issue when rendering a preview zone with a clip that has
some transform filter. The clip is just ignored from the preview render. The
rest is rendered just fine.
