I want to add some details...
The picture of the issue is changing a little if chekboxes on screen [2.png] is
not checked - in this case after locking I see a black screen, pressing
hardware power button shows

Thank you for your comments, exactly so.. It black and draw on some
milliseconds lock screen if drag mouse or press key on keyboard.
