some feedback has been provided by you (thank you to everyone).
Now, as no more feedback came in the last five weeks, is it ok
to continue KBibTeX's migration to extragear? If there are no

Basically by specifiying noMerge (you should basically not have it). You are
saying I don't want to follow the standard orders of menus defined by KDE,
i'll define my own.
Which is usually not what you want.
