Yes.
Though in this particular case It appears that is just a CMakeLists.txt
leftover, it builds fine with that line removed.

using it wont be needed more work to port again ?

What's Plasma Firewall?
It's a frontend for firewalls, currently it supports FirewallD, UFW and BSD
firewalls are being implemented as we speak. The code is based on
