Not fixed in current mainline for ASUS TP300LA/J Flipbook. fix #69 does
not work either. Backlight and Ambient sensor works fine without
combinations of acpi_osi= etc. Adding them disables backlight from

Well, 2 freeze in less than one hour !! Not good !
The only things I did yesterday was upgrading adobe-flashplugin. I've
uninstalled it, and see how it goes.

There is no change in this defective behaviour with the most recent
updates today. I suppose anyone affected is using the
workarounds. No one has offered to do kernel bisects. My main
work around is Debian Sid.

Running the mainline kernel builds, I'm seeing high load averages for my
Intel Mobile processor. When I revert back to the 4.2 kernel, the load
goes back down. (Reason for using the 4.5 kernel is because the Intel
i915 Graphics driver crashes/freezes).
