BIOS issue. Jumper really needs to have better support, and they need
to supply a BIOS flashing tool so people can address problems like this.

Yes, that's the picture that shows up with 100% as well (although I'm
connected to electricity, the battery just shows as it was full).

On my Flex 3, updating Ubuntu to kernel 4.14.9 does _not_ help. Has

If we don't yet know what patch in v4.15-rc4 fixes the bug, we can
perform a "Reverse" bisect to identify the fix.
Can you test v4.14-rc1, so we can narrow down the last bad kernel
