I can confirm that cat /sys/class/dmi/id/chassis_type returns 10 on Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion 11 x360 PC. I had the same issue using Ubuntu 18.04 and got around it by using kernel 5.4.0-42. When I upgraded to Ubuntu 20.04 I found the same issue and get around it using kernel 5.4.0-42 again.
