Update: Based on comments here: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206411#c12 I tried adding "options rtw88_pci disable_aspm=1" to /etc/modprobe.d/rtw88_pci.conf , which appears to solve the issue in Groovy Gorilla under 5.8.0-25-generic. I will update if this workaround is not
