I found a sad solution for me now.
After more than 10 years of ubuntu, I installed Windows 10 on my laptop. Just
because it works way better with all that hardware.
Now I can actually use it like it is meant to be used.

booted from that.
The result is attached.
I have no clue, why newer kernel versions don't run on Lenovo Yoga 3.

Tried the 14.04.2 which works correctly. The 14.04.5 does the same bug.
So I guess the Kernel 4.x is broke for Lenovo. And Canonical does not
care at all.
What does Priority "high" even mean? No progress since October 2016 and
all Lenovo Yoga 3 Notebooks keep Linux free...
A shame.

This is the Lenovo Yoga3 series affected. Can not install any version
higher than 14.04.

Same on the daily build from today. Freeze. Two attempts. Took pictures
again. Two of each.

It also freezes with 16.10. The official one.
