Hi, Hari.
My understanding is that the kernel should handle that. Otherwise,
whenever the user manually loads a different kdump kernel, a memory
hotplug would cause the default kdump kernel to be loaded, not what the
user has loaded.
Can you comment on that?

Why is it needed to restart kdump-tools after a DLPAR? Does it refer to
