Hello,
I installed "modules-extra" packages for both kernel versions. It fixed wifi,
sound from headphones, and trackpad issues, but both of them still have no
sound from speakers.
I assume that the change that broke it happened in 5.4.0-45-generic.
"dmesg" outputs from 5.4.0-45-generic,

Looks like you will need to install the corresponding linux-
modules-(kernel version) and linux-modules-extra-(kernel version)
package.
Please let us know the test result for these two kernels (and attach the
output from "dmesg" command)

Hello,
I installed both 5.4.0-45-generic and 5.4.0-47-generic and they are pretty
weird.
My wifi didn't work on both and my trackpad also didn't on 5.4.0-47-generic.
Also, no sound on both. Both from speaker and headphones.
Is there a chance I did something wrong?

I can see there are only two kernels there: 5.4.0-45-generic and
5.4.0-47-generic
