FLOGI failure and port state bypassed connecting to 3PAR
This should not be an issue in 18.04.6 (which is using the same 5.4
kernel in 20.04 and has version 12.6.0.4). Apologies that this fell
through the cracks. Can you confirm that 18.04.6 resolved the problem?

Hi Jeffrey,
I did more analysis on this and found that target is posting unexpected
response to FLOGI ELS command because of which we are seeing FLOGI
failure. We have traced down to target issue.
