I have checked both KDE locale setting and windows locale settings - everything
was set valid.
KMM still crashed in the same way as before...

I looked on my system and what I see on the Start menu, under KDE
Release is Settings/System Settings and that

Run that then
select Locale. Make sure in particular that your country is selected,
and that the Money and Numbers settings are correct. Then try KMM 4.6.4
again.
