What I was doing mistake, is that I entered a wrong SMS
gateway value in circulation in system preference.
And it was showing error of SMS gateway not found when I was running

The barcode size is, unfortunately, related to the length of the number

The most likely reason you are getting the installer screen is version
differences between the Kohas. If the new server has a newer kohaversion
number than what is in the .sql the web installer will kick in to upgrade
the db.
That's what I would check.

(like me), just log in as normal. The web installer displays an update
database message as Chris mentions. Click the link and you're good to go. The
web installer will return you to a staff login screen.
