Probably i am facing problem related to bug

16.11.07 but even after upgrading to on my test machine to 16.11.11 and
restored the database, previous calculation does not get corrected and
still showing the same first

We are creating user with generic password,
Does koha can allow user to change, inmediataly the user log in, to change
the password?
If you set "OpacPasswordChange" to "Allow" users will be allowed to
change their password after logging on into the OPAC.
