I have seen patches, and I am sure more will continue to be sent. From what I
can tell this is a localised version for use in spanish and all generic changes
coming back. So it looks to me like we only have the one fork.
Another point is forks aren't inherently bad, the license allows it

So you can link to an individual biblio on the opac, but not to an
individual item.
