I gave a look at Weblate -its ergonomy and settings- and translated few
strings; here is what I appreciated (you'll quickly see I'm a user, not a
maintainer / manager ^^).
- reading directly how the other teams translated the same string in their
own language is very useful when we don't know

We have been setting up a test server to let translators see how it goes.
