official Kopete tree or anything like that.
This is just a backup of my personal kopete tree (which I will try to
keep as close to latest a
/push back to (my) git repo. Use git-svn
rebase and dcommit to keep your repository up to date.

The OP states that it is not there in the global shortcuts settings,
however, I see the appropriate option, both in:
kdenetwork-3.5.8-4.fc8
and in
kdenetwork from svn (yesterday)
