Have finnished installation of the retract mechanism and handle/ acuator. The copper tube will be replaced w a aluminum tube once I get it ordered. works very well. the handle twists to unlatch the pins. I may end up shortening the outer part of the handle so it isnt as high. > Started

What are the taxes like in Nebraska or Missouri ? Maybe if they don't see it your way, you find a friend in Beatrice of KS, MO that will allow you to "move" your address there ? Fly up to Beatrice a few times a month to collect your mail. Maybe even your income taxes would benefit from this.

Hi guys, Quick question for everyone, hope I am not being intrusive! I am dealing with property taxes on my KR right now, and I think what they want to charge me is way too high. I am in Kansas. The appraiser has it valued at $15000 and wants me to pay $2500 a year in taxes! I think this is
