Mine will move about one inch in either direction. In actual flight< I have
never deflected mine more than 1/4". It simply does not take much for a well
balanced KR.

Contact Jaco Swanepoel 0826613723. I think you are going to end up with a
single seater. I know that with the standard KR2 you are limited to 450kg
All Up Weight. Blame Jan Boezart for that. Geluk Jannie! Next month we are
going to gather at Nylstroom. There should be 6 Flying KR2 planes

can tell as per KR spec. Is there anyone out there that did a weigh in
on the hull with stub wings only and that is able to give me a final
I seem to recall there was a fellow who built a kr2 with a tandem seating
arrangement. Does anyone have the link to his website? Also, what do you guys
think about this? I personally prefer the tandem seating. I am considering
modifyi g my own project in this manner and using a Vari ez canopy

beware "gutting" a motorhome..
Often, I believe, the internal cabinets, walls, etc are all part of the
"unibody" structure.
Remove them and whole thing will fold over sideways..
Proper gussets should be installed to carry the loads that are no
longer borne by those internal structural walls
and to boot, if you come across an old Rutan/Sheehan Single place 'Quickie'
you'll have the engine (Onan)
