aircraft fuel tanks and cited where it has been used

this all came about because I have an "ultralight" buddy who used in his
"legal Eagle" airplane he built. I didn't know for sure how it would really
stand up. around here all our car gas has 10% alcohol in it from Oct to
April for "smog" reasons (like it really helps)

About eight years ago I built a fuel tank for my boss's inflatable boat. The
tank was made of polyester and in two halves. I was also concerned with the
fuel attacking the resin so I sourced a coating from a local paint supplier
that is a food grade coating impervious to just about
