Oh. You can wait :) I just finished what you are starting but I painted the belly as well. About 70 hours of priming and sanding followed by 30 minutes of paint. I used featherfill's younger sibling - slick sand by evercoat for priming. I thought it was great stuff to work with. High build,

I used smooth prime, and will never use it again, so I do not suggest that one. If you want to know why, just ask off net. Any two part filler primer will do fine. I was advised that using a Lacquer based paint is better for your health than enamel, so you may want to investigate which type you

I'm building a KRSuper2 and have the fuselage upside down for what is likely the last time. Before I flip it back over, I'd like to prime and sand the bottom. I've read about Smooth Prime but it seems a little expensive for my budget. Anybody have any suggestions on a composite primer that goes
